The driver's console integrates a variety of functional modules. The advanced steering control area, coupled with highly sensitive steering wheels, has a rapid turning response and can accurately control the ship's heading within ± 0.5 °. Whether it is turning in narrow channels or navigating in open waters, it can be easily handled. The car clock system is similar to a car gear system, with multiple gears for precise control of the main engine speed from full speed to micro speed advance and retreat at sea, achieving fine control of the ship's speed with a control accuracy of ± 1 revolutions per minute, ensuring that the ship arrives at its destination on time and on schedule.
The communication and navigation functions are also very powerful. Equipped with very high frequency and medium high frequency communication equipment, the signal coverage range can reach hundreds of nautical miles, allowing ships to maintain real-time communication with the outside world; The satellite communication module breaks geographical limitations and achieves global connectivity. The high-precision GPS navigation system has a positioning accuracy of ± 1 meter. Combined with the Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS), it can not only plan the optimal route in real time, but also annotate surrounding danger information, providing a solid guarantee for navigation safety.
In terms of design, the driver's console fully considers ergonomics, with reasonable layout of operation buttons, clear identification, and comfortable touch. Even in poor lighting or ship turbulence, the crew can operate accurately. It is made of sturdy and durable materials, with excellent waterproof, dustproof, and salt spray resistance. The protection level reaches IP65, which can withstand harsh marine environments and ensure long-term stable operation. At the same time, modular design enables it to flexibly adapt to different ship types, whether it is small fishing boats or large commercial ships, it can be quickly installed and debugged to meet diverse usage needs.
